Learning and Skills deliver training in the key sectors of health and social care; construction; education and training; leadership and management; digital and IT; and functional skills. We offer training from entry-level to degree level, tailor-made to help all learners, regardless of age, learn new skills across a range of sectors.
We also deliver the National Careers Service, supporting adults to improve their employment prospects, in London, the West Midlands and South Yorkshire.
How does our work help others?
We worked with more than 14,000 learners each year, providing them with higher skills levels leading to more rewarding work, higher pay, more opportunities for progression and increased confidence. Our learner outcomes average 90% success across our skills provision and last year for every £1 invested in learning and skills we re-invested £1.87.
